Palestine is currently experiencing the Olive Harvest season. However, it is so important to acknowledge the struggles faced by Palestinians due to the ongoing occupation, illegal settlers, and the destruction of their crops and injuries and death sustained on their land. This piece is a tribute to all our farmers and fruit orchards that the occupation have destroyed and continuously try to do so. Our fruits are our love… and its harvest is our labor of love.
Handmade and painted in the Old City of Al-Khalil at the shop known as Maswadi.

Tata with poppies and Kuffiya : A Tata with poppies honors remembrance and resilience, the poppy’s bloom embodying beauty , survival amid hardship and the blood of the martyrs. The kuffiya represents the resistance.
