Being conscious for collective liberation. Get to know the people behind the crafts : their stories, their work, their aspirations.

At Woven Roots we celebrate makers who create with care, intention, and connection. Each piece is shaped by lived experience, skill passed through generations, and a commitment to community wellbeing. Learning the hands and histories behind what you buy helps build fairer economies and keeps craft traditions alive.

Explore the voices, techniques, and hopes that make every object meaningful. Support craft that centers dignity, sustainability, and shared freedom.

A woman wearing a purple dress and white headscarf climbs a wooden ladder leaning against a large, leafy tree in a rural area under a blue sky with some clouds.

From countries such as Palestine, Pakistan, and Sudan, we bring together skilled crafters who were seeking a platform to share their handcrafted work with renewed purpose and thoughtful intention. We collaborate with conscientious brands, talented illustrators, and dedicated makers to create meaningful projects, elevate traditional practices, and build lasting connections across communities.

Currently operating under the Woven Root banner, we house at least six crafters — five from Palestine and one from Pakistan and we are committed to steadily expanding our collective, aiming to grow to ten makers by the end of 2026.
