Everyday is a new discovery for us. We seem to be in the algorithm of finding so many talents. In the past 2 years, there has been a surge of young Gazan talents expanding into the creative industry to be able to work remotely. We were so lucky to have been able to work with most of these talents.

Usually most platforms will take a certain percentage of a user’s project fees. Meaning your freelancers are not getting the full amount you are paying to. Of course, running the platform and marketing it and everything is effort, so it’s only right companies take a reasonable commission fee.
However, it is important to understand and know where and who these commissions are going to.
